Back to basics we go! Mother Earth in her infinite wisdom has offered us, her children, a plethora of healing options within her plant kingdom. While it’s best to consult a trained clinical herbalist for guidance with larger issues, a great many herbs are simple to obtain and utilize for everyday needs. Always do your research and due diligence before loading up with anything unknown to you of course, and be aware of any allergies you may have to types of plants and pollens.

Dandelions are an amazing plants that is very safe, and very easy to find growing fresh. As long as the area hasn’t been sprayed with any herbicides, it will be safe for consumption. All parts of the dandelion is edible and very nourishing. Leaves are a great bitters for stomachache and a mineral rich salad addition, roots can be eaten raw or boiled into a tea for cleansing of the blood and liver. This is just one example of easy and safe plants to cozy up to today!
